In Scandinavia it’s now easier to find cold rice salmon sushi and california rolls than it is to find hot dog stands or tacos. We have earlier reported about how fine-dine sushi (a k a omakase) have found its way to the Nordics, through the chefs on Soyokaze and Imouto in Stockholm, Sabi Omakase in Stavanger and Alex in Oslo etc.
The team behind the new concept has created a fun and inspiring interior of the former restaurant “Sannasâ€, that was once a popular oasis with the trend setters in Stockholm, before they closed down earlier last year.
 SambaMaki has ambitions for Stockholm and wants to live up to its fashionable and trendy image in Rome, Italy where they already have 3 popular restaurants.
Sambamaki is looking for the best talents with many years of experience from both the Brazilian and the Japanese cuisine.
Starting with the Sambamaki Mule (lime, ginger, tequila, sake, ginger beer) and following up with a Margario (tequila, lime, passion fruit and cointreau)  We can’t wait to take our best friends (especially Staffan with brazilian wife Lavinia) to the optimal Brazilian japanese cocktail bar for us at close range.
