Jay Fu's - The Amasian Steakhouse | Stylt Trampoli AB

Taking a leap in to the Californian desert in the 1960’s and early 70’s we more or less ran into the Kung Fu master, stunt man and restaurateur Jay Fu.
Jay Fu did not only stunt in the typical B-reels of Hollywood at the time, he later flew off to the desert and started up his “Amasian Steakhouse” that attracted shortly every Hollywood celebrity with Asian cuisine.
The life and work of Jay Fu inspired us to create an American steakhouse, Asian style, with a menu that offers the best from East and West; hearty meat dishes from the grill that mingle with Asian specialities and taste experiences.
Even the restroom illustrates the story of Jay Fu, using a projection of a man in a Stetson hat on the frosted glass door, visible from both sides.
Since Jay Fu´s opening the restaurant has been the talk of the town, attracting a full house night after night.

“Fresh pasta dishes from the home of slow cooking – served quickly” In 2015, Sweden's first fast-food pasta restaurant chain, La Pasta Veloce, opened in Scandinavia’s largest shopping mall, the Mall of Scandinavia in Stockholm.
La Pasta Veloce serves fresh pasta flavoured with ancient Italian traditions – quickly and with a good bit of humour.
The idea behind La Pasta Veloce (”the speedy pasta”) came from entrepreneur husband-and-wife team Anton Zangerl and Hanna Frilén, who realised that there was a gap in the Swedish restaurant market: Nobody was offering carefully prepared Italian food – fast. ”
We had this idea that we called ”slow food fast” - high-quality food based around fresh, homemade pasta, served in a flash,” explains Anton Zangerl, chef and sommelier with roots in an Austrian hotelier family. ”
A clear connection between the brand, the food offering and the restaurant interior was central to the nascent chain's success, and so Stylt Trampoli were brought on board to develop the concept and create a strong, coherent identity and an interior design to match. ”

Three things in particular characterise the food at Le Rouge: personality, tradition and warmth.
The comforting flavours of French cuisine, as well as Italian simplicity, feature prominently on the menu.
The finest ingredients, classic flavours and personal interpretations are the hallmarks of our cooking.
In terms of design, Le Rouge is reminiscent of a French restaurant from the turn of the 19th century: a lively, warm, luxurious setting à la Moulin Rouge, with vibrant colours, heavy textiles and plenty of period detail.
The restaurant has 140 seats divided between the dining room, the bar, the lounge and the chambre separée.

Stockholm is a city with a rich history, and a lot of it took place in Stortorget, the bustling heart of the city since its very earliest beginnings in the 13th century.
When Sweden's very first public pharmacy opened in 1575, Stortorget was the natural location.
Stortorget is now the centre of one of Sweden's most popular tourist sights, the Old City of Stockholm, and while the area attracts hundreds of thousands of enthusiastic international visitors, the locals do not regard it as a good place to go for a drink or a meal.
"A pharmacy, a business of healing, but also of magic, beauty and pleasure, filled with stimulants, scents and sensations, is a very rich source of inspiration," says Stylt Trampoli VD and founder Erik Nissen Johansen.
You can get a taste of this world, literally, at Pharmarium, the cocktail bar that now occupies the same building.

Villa Godthem on the island of Djurgården in Stockholm is the fourth restaurant we design for the F12 Group and chefs Melker and Danyel.
Over a hundred years ago, the legendary opera singer Carl Johan Uddman lived and died here (having received the house as a gift from a fan) and the design is a homage to him and his time.
Djurgården is a former game reserve belonging to the royal family, and in the 1820's, when Carl Johan Uddman was born, King Carl XIV Johan built the palace of Rosendal on the island.
Today Djurgården is known for well-preserved 18th-century houses, and its many beautiful oak trees.
was Uddman's motto in life, and the team behind the restaurant and garden café at Villa Godthem today are passionate about bringing you a "godt" experience, from the legendary plank steak to the light-as-air creations of the in-house patisserie chef.

Träning är kanske inte allt i livet men jag har varit igång med olika sporter och alltid fokuserad med att lägga in någon sorts träning i livet att du motionerar måste du inte vara fitness eller vara perfekt , träna/rör på dig för att du ska må bra för enligt undersökningar så hjälper dig motion att tänka och vara mer fokuserad på det du gör, ät det du känner för det och gör det du känner för dig .
