På Adria lagar vi traditionell italiensk mat på modernt vis. Vi har tagit med oss det bästa från förr när vi skapat våra rätter idag. Maten bygger på enkelhet, kvalitet och genuina smaker. Här står stämning, umgänge och matglädje i centrum. Adria drivs av oss, två generationer Montanari, på Tulegatan 10 i Vasastan, på gränsen till Östermalm. Vi har öppet för Lunch, Middag & Vinhäng. I had read a wonderful about the resto on DN, but alas, it was great expectations that went un-met.
The bread sticks were light-as-a-feather and the bread very fresh.
The crispy cheese, the tender beef, the capers, and other stuff that I couldn’t identify all melded into one perfect plate of food!
I had a taste of a friend’s seafood risotto and again, this was ok.
Thank God the dip encountered during the main disappeared when the desserts appeared.
