Här känns det faktiskt som att kunskap, tradition och förnyelse möts som det står på hemsidan.
På den lilla menyn som stått sig länge finns maffiga matgaletter med ankbröst och bondpotatis eller lammfilé och vitlöksfrästa champinjoner – och för den som orkar förstås smarriga dessertcrêpes med camembert och varm hjortronsylt eller kanelglass och varma körsbär.

Byn’s Crêperie & Comptoir du Cidre is a small family business run by Anne-Lie Penneby and Bruno Norte.
They have a high interest in French traditional cider and knowledge of the French history of craft cider manufacturing.
This is why, besides serving amazing galettes and crêpes, they also offer tastings – you can book one, if you fancy.
Actually, it’s quite a romantic restaurant too, so if you’re in that mood… I had ordered the galette with roasted duck and me and my company of course had to share a bottle of their recommended cider.
It was an absolutely perfect night and I believe it was the founders of Byn that actually served us; they were just the loveliest people.
